How do I start a return?

Please note that damaged or altered items, including custom engraving, modified ring size and chains, will not be accepted.
Step 2: Please monitor your inbox for an approval email. Our team members will respond within 48 hours to confirm your return/exchange request and provide instructions on available return options.
